A clinical evaluation is required to assess a licensed driver’s risk based on current and future alcohol and/or drug use. It is conducted by a licensed Georgia DBHDD clinical evaluator. The clinical evaluation is to determine whether alcohol/drug education classes, counseling or treatment is necessary.

PROCESS

• Contact Stockbridge DUI Academy at 404.223.2384.

• An appointment is scheduled.

• The required payment and information must be received prior to the scheduled appointment.

• You will receive the contact information of the Evaluator to be aware of his calling.

• On the date/time scheduled you will be contacted by the Evaluator.

• The evaluation takes approximately 30 minutes.

• You will receive a copy of the evaluation via email.

• A copy of the evaluation will be forwarded to your probation officer, if applicable.
